Non-Refundable Services

Fees paid for the following services are strictly non-refundable:

• - Career counselling or psychometric tests (once initiated)
• - SOP/LOR/CV drafting (once first draft is shared)
• - University shortlisting, application submissions, or visa documentation
• - Token amounts, administrative charges, or services delivered via partner platforms (e.g., UpGrad)

Refundable Conditions (Limited)

Partial refunds may be allowed in the following rare cases:

• - Duplicate/excess payments
• - Services cancelled by Mentoria
• - Payment made but service not initiated (must be requested within 5 days of payment)

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to finance@mentoriaoverseas.com with proper justification, proof of payment, and documentation.

Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method, after internal verification and applicable deductions.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

• - Change of mind or voluntary withdrawal
• - Delayed participation, missed deadlines, or non-cooperation
• - Visa rejections, university rejections, or dissatisfaction with outcomes beyond our control
